Olympus Delta Professional (on-site measurements, XRF-PMI / NDT)

With our XRF-PMI instrument we come on-site to perform chemical analysis on your production parts (pipes, tubes, assemblies and so on) without destroying them. The advantage of a handheld XRF is that it measures very fast, leaves no burn spot and still determines most of the critical elements. The technique is well suited to quick quality control on stainless steel, steel and aluminium.

The Olympus Delta Professional has an additional detector, which makes it possible to measure the light elements as well — phosphorus, sulphur, silicon and aluminium. This allows practically all alloys to be told apart.

Spectroport (on-site measurements)

A well-equipped mobile spark-OES spectrometer from Spectro, calibrated for the Fe, Al, Cu and Ni matrices. Thanks to its additional argon-purged UV optics, this instrument measures carbon, phosphorus and sulphur with good precision. It allows measurements and PMI tests to be carried out on the move, in your production hall or outdoors. We travel easily throughout the Benelux.

The Spectroport is checked on a regular basis to safeguard the reproducibility and accuracy of the instrument. Metal Spark holds many certified reference samples, which are taken along to the customer as control specimens.
