Olympus Delta Professional (on-site metingen, XRF-PMI / NDO)
With our XRF-PMI instrument, we can also come on-site to perform chemical analysis on your production samples (pipes, tubes, assemblings etc...) The advantages of an XRF-PMI instrument is that it measures very fast, does not leave a burn spot and can still measure all the major elements. This technique is very useful to do quick quality control on stainless steel, steel and aluminium.
The olympus Delta professional has an extra detector which makes it possible to also detect the light elements as phosphor, sulfor, silicium and aluminium. Therefore it can differentiate better between alloys.
Spectroport (on-site metingen)
Een uitstekend uitgeruste mobiele spark-OES spectrometer van Spectro die is gekalibreerd voor Fe, Al, Cu en Ni-matrixen. Door de extra met argon gevulde UV optiek, heeft dit toestel de mogelijkheid om met een goede precisie koolstof, fosfor en zwavel te meten. Met dit toestel is het mogelijk om buiten op verplaatsing of in jullie productiehal of erbuiten metingen en PMI-testen uit te voeren. Wij kunnen ons gemakkelijk verplaatsen over de hele Benelux.
De spectroport wordt ook op regelmatige basis gecontroleerd om de reproductiviteit en nauwkeurigheid van het toestel te waarborgen. Metal Spark beschikt over vele certified reference samples die als controleobjecten worden meegenomen naar de klant.
