PMI (Positive Material Identification)

Want to quickly check what material you have in front of you? With XRF-PMI, metals and alloys can be identified quickly and non-destructively.

Ideal for rapid checks on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

Mobile Spark-OES

When light elements like carbon are relevant, mobile Spark-OES provides significant added value. Suitable for on-site chemical analysis of relevant metal matrices.
Enables us to:

• identify steel grades

• show material differences

• determine carbon

• calculate CEV

• check materials prior to welding or during maintenance/shutdowns.

On-Site Hardness Testing

With our TIME 5100 Type D portable Leeb hardness tester, we can measure hardness without moving the component to a laboratory.

Where technically applicable, results can be converted/correlated to Vickers, Brinell, or Rockwell.
